Integrative Health Coaching is designed to help you realize your vision of optimal health while taking into account that your health is your own – putting you, your concerns and your goals at the center. And importantly, an integrative approach recognizes that good health is about the whole you (physically, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually) and is more than disease management.

Integrative Health Coaching provides an opportunity for you to work together with an experienced, trained professional. Through the coaching process, I help you articulate your vision of optimal health and develop your own personalized health plan focused on health and lifestyle behavior changes that meet your goals. The process powerfully unfolds over a series of sessions where we develop skills for a healthy lifestyle – clarifying goals, exploring strengths, reducing barriers to change and identifying decisive action steps.
Creating new habits and behavior change takes time and effort. To benefit from coaching, research has shown that a 3-6 month commitment is highly recommended to achieve significant, long-lasting results. At the end of that time, we evaluate your need or desire for continuing support.
When you work with me as your Coach, you will:
